SUMMER CAME UNEXPECTED
l'été nous est arrivée imprevue
l'estate ci è piombata addosso all'improvviso
and I feel good. I took my first swimming in the sea before the last soundcheck for rollerball, at the end of a fantastic tour organized by Bruno Barlamuerte, in the great company of OvO, Ronin, Bachi da Pietra and Cerberus Shoal. Every night has been better, until a final acclamation of 10 minutes of incessant clapping, screaming, hollering and woodblocks beating over the tables by the audience and the owners of the place, not to mention the waitresses!
Cerberus Shoal has been my crush of the tour. I know I am the last person on earth not knowing about their music, but from now on they will always have a special place in my ears (and in my heart). and we risked to play togheter in florence, they don't even know.... but we played in florence anyway, against all the conspiracies and the greedy side of the fucking genova people, and thanks expecially to Claudio at CPA FI-sud and WJ Meatball, which played an astonishing (for my friends, I was already experienced but as always happily listening) dj set taglia e affetta. so Thank You Natasha, Sasho, Ivo & Menza pri Koritu, Fabrizio M.Palumbo, Gi Gasparin & Cellina, the New Meeting Bar waitress, the guys in Pietramurata but not the punkabbestia who throw a beer can on the head of shane dancing along the local dj, everybody in Tarcento, and expecially Alessandro the cook, man of the month for every girl who passes up there, Maurizio, Stefano & Riccardo at TagoMago, Claudio, WJ Meatball and all the people at CPA, Marcello & Riki at XM24, the amazing Alan & Paco at MahNaMahNa and their endless sources of wine, grappa, passito and whatever, Cerberus Shoal, the patient waiters at BocaBarranca, the guys of the Spartaco Squat in via Chiavica Romea.
