17/04/2007 LONG TIME NO SEE ça faisait vraiment longtemps, dis-donc! oh bulleri, da quando tu hai fatto i soldi non ti s'è visto più al bar!! in effetti, ces derniers mois en tour avec Squarcicatrici d'abord et l'Enfance Rouge après ont étés comblés de choses à faire! et on n'est que à la moitié! donc, sans trop parler de concerts et enregistrements, quelques highlights about some of the music new born! l'Enfance Rouge ha posato le prime pietre solide su cui costruire il disco con i musicisti del conservatorio di Tunisi insieme a Les Hurlements de Leo abbiamo registrato l'album della Rèpublique du Sauvage, e suonato davanti a 8000 persone al megafestival di merda Gareaurock. però ho cenato con Chuck D e Flavor Flav. appena rientrato a casa ho registrato la seconda parte del nuovo album di Thollem McDonas con Edoardo Ricci, dalle atmosfere molto diversificate e con una ricerca timbrica ancora più approfondita e il giorno dopo ho partecipato al nuovo gruppo WARISTERROR TERRORISWAR, Thollem al piano e voce, Matteo Bennici al basso elettrico, Andrea Caprara alla batteria e il sottoscritto alla chitarra elettrica. canzoni contro la guerra viste dal dentro. una meraviglia di intensità. il disco dei LUBUAKU quartet (Scott Rosenberg, Thollem McDonas, Matteo Bennici, Jacopo Andreini) sta prendendo forma. grazie ancora a Area Sismica, Gionni, Ariele, Stefano. davvero tanto!!! è uscito il nuovo dei Rollerball, in cui ho portato una canzone e suonato un po' di strumenti. e lor saranno in italia fra pochi giorni (domani!!!) e spero che li andrete a trovare visto che hanno fatto tutta questa strada! SQUARCICATRICI si prepara per l'estate. un po' di canzoni nuove che andranno registrate presto, e una formazione nuova ad ogni tour. Matteo uscito dalla porta di servizio rientra dalla finestra grande col violoncello e il basso elettrico, voce e percussioni. ne vedremo delle belle. I took my first swimming in the sea before the last soundcheck for rollerball, at the end of a fantastic tour organized by Bruno Barlamuerte, in the great company of OvO, Ronin, Bachi da Pietra and Cerberus Shoal.  Every night has been better, until a final acclamation of 10 minutes of incessant clapping, screaming, hollering and woodblocks beating over the tables by the audience and the owners of the place, not to mention the waitresses! Cerberus Shoal has been my crush of the tour. I'm back from three wonderful nights - the show with the FAC orchestra has been so powerful, heartful and happy that I don't mind if I heard less than half of the sounds produced !!! Grazie Roy!!! e sempre lodi a super Ortensia then Bz Bz Ueu - we played in the worst place for us, the smallest bar on earth in Giovinazzo, but we did it and it's been sweaty, loud and good. I'm happy this band it's still around and kicking ass. watch out for LO FLOPPER, the new band by Pino, Adele and Edy! and then the wonderful concert of The Tiptons in Meldola. Gionni and the guys are running the best place in the world, they are nice, kind, smiling, heartful and always ready to party! AssCult Press is promoting a big anthology: the first possibility to meet us live (along with dj Faccia di Merda, ça va sans dire) is gonna be on march 2nd in Arezzo @ Fromscratch. be there or be square (what the hell does it means? I never understood) Cristina Abati has her solo show, you can see her in Pisa at Cantiere San Bernardo, via Pietro Gori, on march 3rd or 4th. Le but du Festival Trasporti Marittimi est de créer un mouvement d’échange/découvertes/diffusion des nouvelles musiques amplifiées et non, internationales, peu ou pas (re)connues hors de leurs frontières respectives. Son lieu est donc itinérant.   Festival de musiques actuelles et transversales, volontairement désiré sans têtes d’affiches ni superstars mais imposé par un certain goût pour la découverte et l’originalité, sa programmation ne connaît aucune restriction : avant-rock, avant-jazz, reggae, dub, contemporanea, electronica, techno, dj set, … Les destinations des Transporti Marittimi sont définies par l’originalité et le goût pour l’aventure de ses artistes.   Hey baby, that’s subversive…   La partie itinérante italienne s’est donc conclue le 31 décembre.
